Mental Health Awareness
This course introduces participants to a range of mental health issues. Common forms of mental distress, such as psychosis and depression, are explored from a variety of perspectives. Causes of such distress will be examined as well as common ‘signs’ and ‘symptoms’. Contemporary treatment options will also be addressed.
